Mission Statement
Ultimate Care Nursing, LLC, was established to provide the ultimate in nursing and home care services to seniors, the disabled, new mothers and their families. It is our goal to provide the best and most qualified nurses, certified nursing aides, home health aides and companions/homemakers, at the most competitive rates in our area. We offer an affordable alternative to the high cost of private nursing homes.

Administrative Staff
Our administrative staff are all professionals who have several years of extensive hands-on experience in the health care, service, and caregiving industries. We are comprised of: a registered nurse (RN) with 25 years experience; a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with experience in chronic care management; a residential facility administrator with 27 years experience in the service industry, and a certified nurse aide who has personal experience with geriatrics care, after spending the past six years caring for her elderly parent.

Our Pledge
We are dedicated to providing seniors and the disabled with affordable caregiving options, to assist in making an informed decision, when they are in need of caregiving services. We are aware that choosing the right caregiver for your loved ones can be a difficult decision; therefore, we pull all our resources in finding the best-qualified caregivers. We go the extra mile to ensure a perfect match between the caregiver and the client. As such, if for any reason the first placement turns out to be incompatible, we keep trying until our client is 100 percent satisfied. Our pledge is to provide our clients with only dedicated individuals who have passed our stringent prescreening and met all our requirements.
