Our company's philosophy is based on the realization that we service two distinct but inseparable markets: one as a provider of qualified and experienced personnel to hospitals, long-term care facilities and home care clients; the other is as a responsible employer to the best and most experienced personnel available. Therefore, we have established a service-oriented delivery system that is responsive to the needs of both clients and employees. Client's needs are determined in as much detail as possible, along with basic and general requirements to make the working relationship as flexible as possible, to the satisfaction of both parties. Employee's needs are also determined in an in-depth interview to establish availability and preferences, so far as work hours and travel distances are concerned.

Our home care allows those who are advanced in years to remain living independently at home, while offering an array of personal care and supportive services. It is a known fact that recovery from an illness or accident comes more naturally in an atmosphere of security, convenience, family and friends. Hence the reason UCN provides high-quality, personalized caregiving in the privacy of your own home or place of residence.

Personal Care -- Our Certified Nurse Assistant can assist with a patient/family member who is ready to be discharged from a hospital, and needs help with household tasks and assistance while convalescing.
Companionship -- Our Home Health Aide can assist a chronically ill or handicapped person who needs assistance and supervision with all activities of daily living, in order to live at home.
Homemaker -- (Support with daily chores) Our Homemaker can assist in a household in crisis due to the illness of a key family
member or where there is an elderly person who needs assistance and desires companionship, yet wants to remain in
his or her own home.
New Mother's
Helper --Our Nurse/Home Health Aide can assist a family with a newborn baby, who needs help during those first hectic days of adjustment to a new family member.
Skilled Nursing (RN, LPN, CNA) -- (*rates for this service is determined on a case by case basis)
Personal Office Assistant --Our personal assistant is qualified to assist you in an administrative capacity, with typing business correspondence, filing, working on the computer, phone work, etc.
